Went through Drive-Thru. Very slow. Rice good, beans were dry chicken was very dry. But hey they always screw you at the drive-thru

Quick service at the drive through. Good food & selections. Staff was nice too.

Went for just a 1/4 chicken l, no sides, and couldn't believe the dried tiny pieces I paid almost$5 for. Been to others and never had this problem. Terrible. I would never serve this to anyone no matter how much they paid. It's uneatable and now trash!

The service is fast and l loced the chicken

This place has been my favorite " fast food in town since it opened. Something has changed since my last visit. Rice was fresh out of a storage container, onions were prepped im assuming days before. Styrofoam plates.. I'l gladly pay more for a meal if savings what is driving this change. Food felt like left overs today

I went to Polo Tropical today for the first time. In my opinion it's one of the healthiest fast food you can find and very reasonably priced. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of the rice with vegetables. The chicken had that nice grilled tastes and was a good portion size. There is a sauce bar with a variety of sauces from mild to very spicy along with fresh cut onions which I sprinkled over my rice. The cashier was polite and patient, he was happy to answer any questions. (He said so) The Restaurant was clean and the wait time was short. I highly this Restaurant.

Had the pulled pork bowl with brown rice and veggies. Really really good. Though, I thought the lady behind register, said bananas fried. Not empabandos with cheese. Though they were good.too for a dollar.

I love their chicken. Some times they don’t checked the orders and you have to come back. Some times they run about of chicken or particular items in the store. Employees are not knowledgeable about the stock available and deny something they do have. They correct it later

Went to this location yesterday, mind you there is a pollo trópica right near me but I don’t like to order from there. This one I Love. The cashier yesterday afternoon was so nice and my food was so delicious. I really enjoyed getting my food freshly made and just the way I wanted it, It’s always worth the trip to drive the 20-35 minutes.

Fresh food, served quickly no complaints

My family of 3 went tonight to order the family meal. However the drive thru person said “sorry, we can’t fill that order.” I really don’t understand how the name of the establishment is “Pollo Tropical” yet you’re out of chicken for the day? Extremely disappointed in this level of customer service. Yes Pollo Tropical is affordable to feed your family but a complete waste of time if they are running out of chicken.

First time here in a long time and good to see they had an expanded menu. Good food at a good price.

Horrible service from the lady at the drive thru Laura , the last two times we have been to this location. Always rude, and no service skills.

Spent 15 minutes in the drive through only to have a large portion of our order forgotten. This alone warrants a low rating, but on top of this, the Tropichop bowl we had was more of a soup than anything and could only be described as slimy. The chicken sandwich was pretty good though, but not good enough to return with mistakes like that.

My workplace orders catering from this location every so often and they never disappoint! The whole process is easy and the options are satisfying for a group! There is always a TON of food and leftovers for later! Friendly delivery/set-up staff are always working to be very helpful and make sure that they bring enough supplies for serving and eating. They always remember what you've forgotten to ask for! We look forward to the days when we have Pollo Tropical for lunch and drool over that cilantro garlic sauce!

It's not mandatory where I live; there are more polite ways to remind someone to wear their mask other than screaming "No mask, no service.", especially as I'm looking at a cook who doesn't have it covering his nose.

One of the best locations for their steak! Was thick, tender, fresh, and flavorful. The chicken is always on point and they are always consistent with sides and sauces. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tostones were also worth a try.

Had the boneless breast meal. Chicken was great, but, if you're going to have French Fries on the menu, they should not be garbage. (Wasn't in the mood for rice and beans that day.)

Came in to order a Family combo meal. According to menu, for a few extra dollars could have an all white meat option on the chicken. Cashier verified with one of the managers who was on grill. We were initially told " no ". We questioned the denial as it was a menu option. One of the workers came over to see what was the matter. When we told him...even he questioned why we couldn' t have the white meat ? The manager on grill proceeded to throw our chicken on the grill.....annoyed ...as if it was an inconvenience. Managers name was Michael. He needs more customer service skills, or maybe find a better candidate to represent your restaurant.

Good food good service, very busy

This location is horrible. They say they open at 1030am but I’ve been stuck at the drive thru past 11 with no service. If you try to call during “open” hours then you are on hold all day. If they do NOT open at 1030am then this needs to be fixed on the website or the employees need to learn what being on time means.

Went with my wife. Food was good. My wife ordered sandwich without sauce, of course they put sauce on it. I noticed the change in yellow rice and red beans on a visit a while back. Wish they wouldn't have changed them. Overall good food at a good price.

It was in a good location, but the restaurant gave small servings of the food. The sauce on the sandwich was good. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth good. But the serving size was pitiful. And the waffle fries were cold.

In our to go order we found Molding juice box with my daughters kids meal. Things like that make me question the quality of all your food. Thank you pollo tropical for costing me $25 worth of food we opted not to eat over the mold issue.

I come to Oviedo about twice a year and I always make sure to eat here at least once. Chicken is always cooked just right and they have amazing sides!

Hour left of store hours but cancel the Uber eats order. Real cool. Not lazy.

Food is good, sauces are good, service is acceptable. However, it's pretty cold inside which I wouldn't normally have an issue with except that your food gets cold very quickly. Otherwise, no issues.

Awesome fresh grilled chicken and sides for a great price. Delicious.
